Know the present, create the future – KPIs, goals and incentives
I will share my personal experience on how we managed LIDO-LANG before it was sold and how we manage XTRF at present. I will discuss what metrics we were using in Lido-Lang Specialised Translations to manage production, sales, inhouse linguists productivity, finances and how we were taking strategic decisions on clients, offer, prices and promotions. I will discuss the challenges of implementing the metrics and what incentives we used to shape new automated processes. I will also share how we introduced Management Based on Objectives in XTRF, how we reached full transparency with our employees and how it influences budgeting and decisions within each company department.
