What would an Elia event be without networking and fun?

Join us for the Officially Unofficial Cocktail, where you will have the chance to meet up with friends, colleagues and partners you may not have seen for a while and to make new acquaintances.

Interbelic Cocktail Bar is a place with an exquisite cocktail culture, post-industrial chic architecture and a certain speakeasy feel. The venue perfectly represents the spirit and image of today’s going out scene in Bucharest.

Thanks to Casa de Traduceri, you will enjoy a complimentary drink and an evening of merriment and music to ‘officially unofficially’ begin your ND Bucharest experience.

You can also register for the event and collect your nametag, giving yourself extra time the next morning to continue networking and developing those all-important connections over a coffee or tea before the programme starts at 8:50 am on Thursday, 12 October.

Dress is casual and all are welcome. Please join us for a complimentary drink; food and additional beverages will be available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Networking Dinner

Thursday, 12 October 2017

Hanu’ lui Manuc
Strada Franceză 62-64
030106
Bucharest

7:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Don’t miss out on the biggest networking event at ND Bucharest, where you can mix and mingle with ‘fellow’ attendees, speakers and the Elia Board and Team in inimitable Elia style.

Built in 1808, Hanu’ lui Manuc (“Manuc’s Inn”) is one of Europe’s last remaining caravanserai. Situated in the Old Town of Bucharest, approx. 15 minutes on foot from the event venue, the large interior courtyard is a spectacular sight, a great place to eat and drink – and a ‘must see’ for any visitor to Bucharest. A hostelry ever since it opened, the venue is now run by the City Grill restaurant group and has seldom been better. Serves good Romanian food with an oriental twist in honour of its founder, the wealthy Armenian Manuc Marzaian.

Often referred to as “the Paris of the East”, you’ll enjoy the eclectic architecture of this dynamic and diverse city on an evening stroll followed by the delights and delicacies that Romania has to offer with a special three course seated buffet dinner accompanied by a selection of drinks, followed by coffee to round out the evening.

For those of you keen to carry on the festivities, the venue will be close to many restaurants where you can continue your conversations into the night… or the morning!

The Networking Dinner costs €75 per person and guests are welcome. The dress code is business casual.

We’re not a fan of goodbyes at Elia. In fact, we prefer to toast to our time together. You are therefore invited to join us for a complimentary drink after the closing where we can say a resounding ‘Noroc!’ and a very big thank you for joining us for ND Bucharest, our 21st Networking Days.

There is no cost to attend. We just want to end our time together on a high note!
