How to get to the venue

Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest is centrally located close to the metro station and within walking distance to popular attractions such as the famous Romanian Athenaeum, the Calea Victoriei and the National Museum of Art. The Metro station is less than 700 meters away, making it easy for guests to access public transportation.

The best way to get to the centre of Bucharest from the airport is by taxi, which should cost no more than 30 lei (based on 1.39 lei/km) which is approximately €10.

Other recommended options are UBER or Taxify. Public transport from the airport is available but is not recommended. 


Travel by taxi from Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport

Be sure to only take licensed taxis.

Special touch screen terminals for taxi requests are available in the airport terminal, after the baggage reclamation. This is where you can order a taxi and receive a ticket with the car’s identification and license plate/registration. With this system the driver can only take passenger(s) with a ticket.

Licensed taxis without prior request, with fares between 1.39 lei/km and 3.5 lei/km, are situated in a taxi station located in front of the arrivals terminal on the ground floor or first floor.

Please note that taxi access in a public parking area is prohibited by law.

Approaching customers, both by taxi drivers and by middlemen, is sanctioned by taxi law (Law 38/2003). Any violation of the law in the airport area shall be handled by the Transport Police (phone number: +40 21 201 3242).
