ND Focus – Elia’s networking days for Executives presents a unique structured format for each track giving every opportunity for spontaneous and lively discussion with an expert moderator. 
Participants should come equipped with an open mind and a willingness to share experiences and perspectives in a safe environment, becoming part of the conversation.

The Business Strategies track will help participants

  • Understand the current and future industry landscape and how to position your company
  • Be prepared in the face of shifting and changeable markets
  • Define goals and strategy for sustainability and growth
  • Identify what is needed for organisational success

The Mergers & Acquisitions track will focus on

  • Providing insight on the process of merging with or acquiring another company or organisation
  • Look at the advantages and disadvantages of each
  • Uncover the dilemmas and challenges facing small/medium enterprises
  • Help participants understand value and what makes a company attractive
