Kimon Fountoukidis is President and Founder of Argos Multilingual, a mid-sized language service provider (LSP) with it’s global headquarters in Krakow, Poland and it’s US headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. Kimon has led two successful acquisitions of US-based LSPs and is a strong believer in M&A as a powerful growth tool available to all LSPs. Kimon was born in New York and moved to Krakow in 1993 where he currently lives. Dominique Hourant

Dominique Hourant has been actively working in the localisation and multilingual content management industry for about 30 years, focusing mainly on strategic solutions designed to help large organisations communicating and deploying their products and services across international markets and platforms.

Originally from Belgium, Dominique joined TransPerfect 2 years ago as VP Strategic Accounts in the Barcelona office. Before that, Dominique acquired strong management, operational, strategic selling and technological skills at SDL, where he spent 15 years of his professional life.

Dominique started his career co-founding a Belgium-based translation company called Hitext, which grew up to be a cutting-edge technology-driven and high tech localisation company.

Passionate, hands-on Executive and inspirational leader Dominique also loves keeping active, counting mountain trekking, running and swimming as some of his hobbies as well as playing the violin!

Gráinne Maycock

Gráinne Maycock is a recognised force in the localisation industry. She has spent the last 17 years helping multi-national organisations, start-ups and scale-ups solve their language and business challenges on their path to global growth and international market expansion and success.

She has built and managed sales teams across Europe and North America, spent time coaching sales and operations teams and implemented sales methodologies to help provide transparency and predictability in pipeline and revenue growth.  In her current role of vice president, sales, Gráinne drives sales strategy and growth from planning to execution as part of the global Amplexor organisation.

With a degree in applied languages and qualifications in psychology, social media, sales management and coaching, Gráinne is a regular speaker and panelist at localisation industry events. She has served on multiple advisory boards for Localization World and Brand2Global conferences. Gráinne has lived, worked and consulted in various countries from her time at the University in Barcelona and also in Switzerland, China, Argentina and France.

Roberto Ganzerli

Language Industry Expert

Roberto Ganzerli has been in the translation and localisation industry for over 30 years.

He spent most of his professional life with Arancho Doc, which he left in August 2017 after the company changed ownership. At Arancho Doc he was Chief Strategy Officer for the last 3 years and, prior to that, CEO for 5 years. He is now an independent Language Industry Expert.
Roberto is one of the initiators of Elia – European Language Industry Association – and its Past President.
