We have a growth strategy, but how do we know it’ll deliver? Without a revenue strategy to match, all we can do is cross our fingers. In this session, we’ll look at why and how to create a revenue strategy: setting ‘acceptable’ and non-acceptable results, how to report and measure, how to find the right people – either within the company or externally – and what they will need to deliver revenue successfully.
