Session on soft skills: Are you listening to me?
This session will look at the importance of listening skills in sales and general business life, with some tips for raising our game. We’ll examine the power of being a good listener and the impact of giving someone our full and focused attention in a conversation. What are the benefits of being a good listener and what can interfere with our attention? Some interactive (and hopefully amusing) exercises will help us experiment with these ideas and remind us of best practice.
