Gráinne Maycock

Vice President of Sales

Gráinne Maycock is a recognised force in the localisation industry. She has spent the last 17 years helping multi-national organisations, start-ups and scale-ups solve their language and business challenges on their path to global growth and international market expansion and success.

She has built and managed sales teams across Europe and North America, spent time coaching sales and operations teams and implemented sales methodologies to help provide transparency and predictability in pipeline and revenue growth.  In her current role of vice president, sales, Gráinne drives sales strategy and growth from planning to execution as part of the global Amplexor organisation.

With a degree in applied languages and qualifications in psychology, social media, sales management and coaching, Gráinne is a regular speaker and panelist at localisation industry events. She has served on multiple advisory boards for Localization World and Brand2Global conferences. Gráinne has lived, worked and consulted in various countries from her time at the University in Barcelona and also in Switzerland, China, Argentina and France.

Business Developer

Alexander Freeland is a Business Developer at AlterNego, an organisation that provides solutions – training, empowerment, counselling and coaching – for negotiation and conflict management.

Alexander joined AlterNego in 2013, after 12 years’ experience as a business manager and key account manager in the retail sector working for international companies.

Now a consultant/trainer, Alexander focuses on the development of the training activity within AlterNego, and also operates as a trainer in crisis management, negotiation and conflict management.
